EA Error password reset issue!

I bought the game on steam for my steam deck, i keep getting an EA error saying reset my Password. I've already reset my password 3 times, I've even tried playing on my Legion Go but i keep running into the same issue. Please help!

If you submit your problem to EA support, I'm sure they will reply to you promptly with a working solution...

Here's a thought in case you haven't tried it, maybe install the EA App on a PC (not through Steam, but downloading directly from EA.com), and get things going on there. Maybe through that it'll let you get through the hurdles and get working. Then you can go back to trying with your deck.

I had the same problem and it was driving me insane. You need to make sure your Steam ID is linked with your EA account. Go to ea.com and you can link with your Steam account there. My issue turned out to be that my Steam ID was linked with an old deleted EA account (I suspect EA disabled/deleted it because I hadn't used it in over 4 years). I had to contact the customer support to unlink that old account that I had no access to and then I was able to link the correct accounts and I am able to play now.
