disable resizable bar
disable the resizable bar and the stuttering decreased by 90%,
only the transverse stuttering happened
the game now runs much better, use the NVidia inspector to disable it in the game

Dude.. This helped a lot, for me. Thanks. Seemed to rid of the performance loss overtime, too. Maxed out with RT. 3440x1440 ultra-wide. Rarely goes below 60 and those stutters are really reduced. Take my points.

Wrong, this is not even exposed in the driver stack for this game. I'm not aware of any game within the NVIDIA driver that actually does anything at all period in this regard. Either negative or positive. If you have such low Vram to have to buffer much slower DRAM you have bigger issues. Po-ta-to.. boil em, soak em, stick em in a stew.

However.. disabling re-bar for AMD elden ring undead corpse resurrection fps drop animation does work.

It did smooth it out though. Soo?

So you know our PC specs now too?

the game uses it, just go to Nvidia Spector and you will see it enabled, disabling it will run much better, the only way to know is to look at Nvidia Spector, with the normal driver there is no way

Wait is it resizeable bar is only bios thingy? I practically only know that to enable it or disable I need to go to bios. As well as reBAR only supported with certain list of gpus and motherboards (depends of manufacturer and sometimes of version of bios itself). Even nvidia control panel only have info about status of reBAR but not an option to change it.

You have to enable it in bios, to use it. But you can selectively disable it for games via nvidiainspector game profile (if its supported and on by default) without having to constantly switch it on and off by restarting and going into your bios.

in addition to configuring the bios, formatting the disk from MBR to GPT, any game that supports Rebar appears in the nvidia spector and I managed to turn off Rebar through it

It's called nVidia INspector just so you know. You know, like inspecting stuff up close. Not Spector =-D

Nvidia PROFILE Inespector. There's two different programs out there with similar names. "Nvidia Inspector" is a different animal from "Nvidia Profile Inspector". The one in which you can turn off rBar is the Profile Inspector.

Yeh I know. I’m referring to Profile Inspector. I didn’t know anyone used or uses the other one and usually they just call Profile Inspector “nVidia Inspector” even though that’s not right haha

My point was just that it’s inspector not spector (in either case)

I'm not very good at English, I still make some mistakes when typing, the important thing is to try to help, don't mind the two letters I left unwritten

Yeah I have a 4090 and Ryzen 7900X and I haven't finished this game because even for me performance is whacked out often.
