What are your specs?
My specs are more than enough to play it. I don't play in ultra or anything fancy.
CPU: Ryzen 5 7600X
GPU: Asus AMD Radeon RX 7600 OC 8GB
and 32 GB ram
EDIT: Just crashed again. Nothing ever happened at all the other areas. It only started to happen here. At this map. I have to find Bode to advance the story.
My Specs:
Ryzen 7 5800H
AMD Radeon RX 6600M
32 GB ram
The RX 7600 OC is a bit weak to run without FSR, but there was a launch bug where disabling FSR would cause crashes, particularly in conjunction with Ray Tracing.
You can speed up the startup time by switching the last boot from "SwGame" to "Test" in the game's INI files. The 61st post on a thread about the startup has a work-around, it stops building shaders, but it doesn't kick in automatically after a driver update.

I set the frame rate limit to 30 FPS while I was in there, and it just about fixed the issues with the startup movie, and seems to have slightly smoothed the frame rates for the rest of the game. I think it may also stop compiling shaders during the game, as I'm only noticing traversal stutter anymore.
