King of the world achievement not triggering

As title says, the achievement did not trigger even if I did reach the highest point in Harvest Ridge, what gives?

did you activate the circle? or try riding the hawk?

I did both. it actually triggered after sometimes that I played, without me doing nothing else. I guess it was the client's fault
