Do any of the Fallen Order mods carry over?

I had a ton. Playable Grievous, Vader, Ahsoka--I noticed on nexus that some of these mods don't exist for Survivor. Are there just fewer player character mods for Survivor? Or does the mod manager include a ton of them?
