If Through EaPlay You Cannot Connect Or Download Read Here First

They have a widespread issue that is not letting a huge amount of players connect to this game or download it through eaplay, i went through all the steps of repairing ea app and deleting the game and loads more steps and finally contacted them and got the confirmation they have a huge problem with it and the team are working on getting it back up and running, so do not think its your ea app or anything, its a problem on their end.

Yeah that happened initially and i went through so many steps before i found out there was a bigger problem on their end.

I FFFFFFFF KNEW IT!

Thank you for this, i was losing my mind. Did ALL steps possible to fix this POS EA APP problem. Im 25 hrs deep several days playing without problems and all of the sudden the game was gone form installed games. Cant download ANY EA PLAY games. I can install and download purchased and free games, but ANY game included with EA PLAY (subscribed via PC GamePass Ultimate) gives an install error.

This is 100% on their end. Glad you posted this one because its nearly IMPOSSIBLE to contact support.

Once again we can all agree that FK EA!

Even if this post helps a few people to not lose their sanity thinking it was their fault somehow it has done its job :D, we just now have to sit and wait for EA to get their bums in gear and fix the problem.

thanks for the info.. i also tried everything so far and nothing worked. so guess i'll just have to wait. thx again for the update.

Thank you for posting this. I had to search Twitter to even discover this was an issue on their end, not mine. And I ended up dragging 3 of my friends into the same pit of despair I'm currently in.

Ya welcome buddy, panic over lol but it seems on their end the problem is with more than just this game but with ea play in general and cascading problems linking it to steam, xbox, the whole shebang, guessing it is gonna take them a while to pull their finger out.

Yeah, it's only for any game that I don't own, but would normally have access to via Game Pass Ultimate (any game with the white EA Play badge in the top left corner). For example, I can download Apex Legends just fine, but that's f2p and not tied to my subscription.

Yeah, it's jst ea play that is affected, somewhere along the line the platforms ea play is connected to is not getting the handshake and connecting properly.

Just wanted to let you guys know that my game is now working. Is now showing on installed games and could play without problems. Might be fixing in waves but if your game is still not showing up exit EA APP, shutdown PC and try again.
