Stuck in Hanging Rafters

I have done all the bounty hunters and exhausted all the dialogue on them. The large barrels have been removed, but the platform to the elevator to the top is still gone and the door next to Hanging Rafters is still permanently shut despite the holomap showing clear path. Luckily I have all the priorites cleared from the remaining areas, but I see some unopened chests in them.
