Stuck on last Chamber completion

I have gone through all 7 chambers over and over. And I went through the map, and they all have check marks. But in the control center, the 5th screen is still red. It says its the Mountain Ascent. Which has a check mark on it, and I went into it and I have all the collectibles. The one I can't seem to get a check mark is the devastated settlement. Which is an easy one from what I found. I got all the collectibles in there, and burned through the wall to open the chamber to get the last collectible (inside the device that lifts up, like all the other chambers.
I'm stumped, any help would be greatly appreciated.

In the list of 7 chambers it says it’s the Chamber of Detachment. I’m there now. I completed it. I have all 6 collectibles a d it’s check marked on the map??

Finally got it. The Chamber of Fortitude under’ the devastated silo. The last hidden in a pot. Whew. Finally.

at least you got the game to launch. gonna have to get it cracked at this rate to actually have any chance at playing.
