Lightsaber stances changing automatically?
I've gotten through the majority of this game without any issues. However, in the late game, I've noticed that I'll be fighting and my saber stance will change randomly, without my input. It seems to happen most when I try blocking, which makes it all the more infuriating. I'm not sure why it's doing this, does anyone have any suggestions?

EDIT: It seems to be happening when I press L1/R1. Pressing L1 switches to my right stance and pressing R1 switches to the left. I have no idea why. It didn't start doing this until just recently and I can't figure it out... it's making the game unplayable. No other games do this so it's definitely not an issue with my controller.

I've tried resetting the in-game controls, testing the controller in Windows and switching over to a different configuration of Steam Input. I'm at a loss for what else to try.

Well I had "similar" 2 "issues" with lightsaber stances...

1. I was using two swords and when I was attacking, it was changing to double sided sword(while I wasnt having such stance at all "equiped"

2. Lightsaber stances got "locked" and couldnt change them at all, could use only first one

Both issues got fixed after restarting game/resting(forgot which one, but guess the first one...)

PS: You could try verify game files from steam UI, it helps with some problems sometimes too...

Yeah, the issue persists even when I restart it but I will try verifying the files. I didn't figure it would be an issue that verifying would fix but it certainly can't hurt.

Okay, I finally got around to trying that but it didn't help, the issue is still occurring. I'm not sure what else to do... like I said, it's pretty much unplayable at this point considering how blocking is integral to the combat. Does anyone else have any more suggestions for me to try? I'd hate to have to drop my playthrough, I've been loving this game a LOT.

Sorry for digging this up again but I figured out the issue.

For whatever reason, the game assigned new inputs for the bumpers on top of what they were already assigned as. They effectively acted just like the mouse scroll wheel because of this, which explains why it would switch randomly since the scroll wheel allows quick changing of stances. Hitting the defaults option didn't change this, for some strange reason.

If anyone else encounters this issue, check the controls menu and make sure that there aren't any unknown assignments for the bumper buttons.
