Purity perk - realistic lightsabers from the beginning - first playthrough

Hello,

Anyone knows if it is possible to start a new game with the "Purity" perk unlocked in the first playthrough? Either with a mod or regularly somehow?

Context: I probably only have one playthrough worth of time in me, and would like to make it a high stakes "realistic" lightsaber combat. I understand it adds damage received as well as dished out, that is fine. And I don't mind that it affects boss balance, I anyhow do not like health pool sponges approach to bosses. I like the Jedi games, but I do not need them to be dark souls with star wars skin, more after that modernized Jedi Academy/Jedi Knight 2 feel of wielding the legendary weapon. Thanks for your thoughts/advice!

Sadly i don't think you can unlock it without first completing the game at least once
On the mod front I cant say for certain but I've never seen one that unlocks it but then again i never looked for it
I am trying a fresh new game without choosing the New game + option and i noticed that the purity perk is unlocked which is nice if you want a vanilla experience but with the sink or swim stakes of purity
