The chest in the stable and droid upgrade on pub's roof?
How do I get these? One upgrade in the roof garden and one chest in the stable.

You get the Droid upgrade on the roof from fully upgrading the garden. You need some kind of force skill to get the chest in the barn. I think you need to just continue playing the story and you'll eventually get it.
