Buried refuge door puzzle bugged

For some reason this game was auto selecting the door halfs every time I tried to pull the ropes down to let them through. If you turn on toggle hold pull, it will solve your problem. I spent 45 mins just trying to pull down two pieces of rope. Hope someone else finds this helpful.
