Also this.
Is it hard for you to understand, that it doesn't work. It's not the first time, things doesn't work in the menu
So it's okay things doesn't work, that about 9½ months after the game was released, the game is still a joke. Are you a brain-dead fanboy.
You can't change difficulty mid battle, this was never a bug.
OP just mad cause he's probably stuck in a boss battle and can't change difficulty.
Git gud scrub.
Well, you can after the boss killed you. It's just that enemies need to be reloaded for changes to take effect, if I remember correctly.
Unless, that is, OP forgot to log in the menu changes instead of simply moving the slider.
In any case, it's funny how many people quickly jump to "it's anybody else's fault" nowadays and start to needlessly rant in needlessly bad grammar.
I have not been able to duplicate the issue on my end either. I play with an XBox Series X controller.
True. I was able to duplicate issues with the menu not working previously.
If slow_cheetah's reply did not address your issue:
How exactly are you trying to change the difficulty? Step by step.
Are you in-game after loading a save, or at the Coruscant temple on the main menu?
Do you navigate the menus with a mouse and then use a keyboard?
Are you trying to change the settings using mouse only?
Have you tried using Keyboard only controls?
Have you tried an XBox Series X controller? What controller are you using if any?
The controls seem to be intuitive with the XBox Series X controller, and so slow_cheetah's comment about "log in the changes" makes some sense if you're not using a controller.
Are you brain-dead? I wasn't in the mid of a fight. Either you are a speciel level of stupid, or a pathetic troll.
I was standing infront of the Corrusant force tear. I trid to click the arrows with my mouse. Nothing, i tried to click it with the mouse, then hit enter, or space, after it changes down to the right. Still nothing. I'm not in game right now, and the game is so poorly designed, that it takes ages to load, because it constantly have to "optimize"...
Very ''speciel'' level op stupid. You didn't specify your location and the only reason difficulty would be disabled is because you are in combat. You just made an OP trashing the devs instead of a detailed explanation of your issues. Imagine being that regarded and still have so much confidence in that trashtalk. Get some sleep kiddo. 😂
Btw playing this game with K+M. You should just uninstall it at this point, gaming is obviously not your thing.
You just keep proving you are a pathetic troll. There has been so many issues with this game. And i specified in my previous post. But you ignored that, because you are pathetic
It is a bug. I have confirmed that the issue is present on my copy of the game also.
I am able to change the difficulty using the controller at that location, but not using keyboard and mouse controls.
Electronic Arts reports they do not support controllers, in response to issues with Steam Input. Yet, clearly they do not support Keyboard and Mouse controls either.
Thank you. I also trid to use the arrow keys
Most issues are easily fixable. You just choose to trashtalk instead of looking for answers. The very first Google search I do on your issue I get this fix:
Again, you don't want people helping you. You put 0 effort in in finding a solution. You just want to trashtalk. Go to sleep kiddo.
I had the same difficulty but the screen is misleading. You cannot change the PC by using the mouse or arrows on the field labelled "difficulty". Instead click at the 3 lines below (e.g. receiving damage line) and these adjust and then automatically alter the difficulty setting.
