game keep crashing on the prologue cut scene

i just bought this game from steam. i try to play this game 3 times and it keeps crashing at the elevator cut scene prologue (about 10 minutes since start of new game). then i tried launching from ea play directly and now i can't even get past the "optimizing game files" screen. then i tried one more time launching from steam. and it says that i don't have enough vram, i mean how many do you need. i use ROG flow x16 (2022) with RTX3070ti 8gb mobile, Ryzen 9 6900HS mobile, and 16gb of ram.

Have you tried launching directly from the EA launcher rather than steam, weirdly It allowed me to play for a longer session without any crashes compared to the steam launch

I don't know if that was just luck or not though

compre el juego en otra tienda y tengo exactamente el mismo problema. termine haciendo el reembolso porque nada lo soluciona.
