Report a translation problem
I just gave a second try disabling RT and now i noticed a difference.
Gonna check the mod anyways.
Always manually setup graphical settings.

...even when the game "recommends" it "is best" to use NON-AMD products
The problem OP is having is the fact that he lets geforce experience manage game settings (which is a huge mistake, as more often thn not, Geforce experienced makes it so games run lower then 60 fps).

That solved my issues apparently.
Yeah that sounds a lot like the guy that claimed he could play the game smooth as butter on his 7700X, after I told him it was stuttering a lot on my 13700k. Turns out he'd only played the intro at Coruscant that runs smooth for literally anyone but those with a below rec spec rig.
I'm 45% left...
