Shouldn’t the game reduce is price? What the point of putting on sale every few weeks if it won’t reduce?

I really dont get people claiming stuff but then to put others down for it

yes stuttering still exists on all settings even 1080 lowest with the newest gpu and cpu and mobo

there are times when some stuttering wont be as noticeable, but still exist
and anyone claiming there are no leaks mem wise need to sit down and repeat to themselves, "I know nothing of monitoring my system" mantra

Yes on Epic games it's 50% off plus they have their own additional 33% off on the home page that you can use that drops it to 23.44, roughly $25.00 after taxes. Epic is not going anywhere unless Fortnite dies and i wouldn't hold my breath.

runs max everything
1080 but yeah it does

that gpu isnt shat by any means
the game is coded poorly period
but that card is fine minus lower vram like I have

so yeah
that was low all though

the gpu isnt that old in real world
i kept using my 980 for almost 7 years full gaming
only recently did I pick up the 3070ti which again is a great card

this game need more SYSTEM ram than vram just fyi
it gobbles system ram up
whislt on max all with RT and DLSS = 7.2gb vram use max cap that ive seen, and this was during the merrim escape scenario

8gb is plenty for gaming
but yes I do concur, for NEW gaming, not modern that term doesnt exist in gaming
but, yes 8gb is getting to be mid to low settings
however 8 gb here runs max all 1080 though
so its fine if you dont punch 2k-4k

which is perfect since this game doesnt have those hd textures
most dont as they are ports and trust those consoles cant handle it

but for NEW games that are AAA high end, yeah 8gb is getting to be MID level not low

sucks too as most got gpus during the crisis, like me so they cost 10 times as much as they do now
I only recently got this 3070ti
as in recently

it replaced my 980gtx which btw ran cyberpunk 2077 max all at 1080
even on launch of cyberpunk

so depends on the games, and the code for 8gb vram

"modern" gaming consists of all games
even idlers
which dont need much vram mate

bad terminology there but yes one cannot disagree that AAA games will require 8gb vram on the MIN spec and then soon
you will see what I have been saying all along
there will be no more pc or consoles as we know them now.. soon
all will be the same.

the game starts off in 720 low ass res then poof hd
its bad
ports are doing this as dlss exists to upscale
saving space which it doesnt
this leads to patches that require the enitre 150 gb install to patch just a few files
due to compression

my guess is you only play the newest games, which you are missing out on tons of games that dont even run 480p

ive done comparisons to my own eyes and the 1080 to 1440 is barely noticeable
esp on a bad port like this

its more noticeable on pc coded games like cdpr stuff

check my library
80% of those games dont run higher than 1080
never will
most run in windows *not the os, a tiny window
so gaming on my UWHD 4k tv makes them a tiny screen in the center of a huge tv
if you expand this, it just scales it,
which if you know what that means, zoom and stretch
= looks bad or wont run

tons of story rich games youll miss out on, if you only want false 4k

again, this game.. and most of the recent ports arent even coded in 1080
much.. lower

bottom line
most games dont use 1080, other than new games
which are only about 5% of all games out
the other 95% of games need either older os's and drivers or dont use higher than 1080
when digging into the HD 4k pack for fallout NV
it was 200gb just for the files, and didnt look much better

so again, for the newest games sure
what happens later? like 2025? 100k tvs?
