Why is the game still so unplayable?
they've had like what 8 months to get a handle on this games performance and just haven't?

people still have achievements not popping, the game runs like crap even on high end machines, and there's just no one to talk to about the status of this game?

you'd think respawn would put more of an urgency on fixing their game.

this is truly one of my all time favorite star wars games and its frustrating because its literally unplayable for so many.

yes, its better in every way. more bosses. better platforming, better combat. better level design. alot of side quests. its worth even 60 dollars. there is a small minority who cry like babies they cant run the game at 120 fps and they are very vocal about that. i have steady 60 fps and the game is smooth.

I lowered my in-game resolution a little bit. Had the occasional hiccup with lag but it was nowhere near as bad today as it has been.
what was the res?
or should I ask what did you lower it to?

I only plan 1080 standard
no more

so you only played again today vs launch?
or did you refund and get it now?

confused but lemme know
again due to my 3070TI and ryzen idk

I again only want it to look like the original but ive heard you cant..
not the same engine or such
idk
damn scaled games from ports

hit me/us back ty
I have it at 2560x1440, using my 4k TV with HDR as a monitor, but I guess my TV didn't like the 4k.

My cpu is
Ryzen 9 5900X
gpu gigabit 3070ti
win 10 f 11 and f 12

any clues
I only want 1080 no more, and nothing nuts just want it to look like the previous game or such

@Apostle
id suggest not running ports that are in 720p at false 4k aka 2k
it will never bode well scaling wise

Mine's in 4k though. My Xbox has no problem. Neither does my Roku Ultra with HDR always on. Only my computer with HDR always on has problems with gaming and nothing else.

dont say my xbox in the pc forums please

only your pc with hdr? this makes zero sense
please post about pc only and hdr has nothing to do with this
note: my monitor has NO HDR
sooo
stop trying to play 720p games in false 4k

My TV is not false 4k. I have another TV that's false 4k because I screwed up when I paid for it and I'm stuck with it. The TV I use now looks way better resolution wise.

I see.. you do know what I mean though thankfully
most 4k are 2k
even then its funny how people think a 720 or 1080 game will expand to 4k
no it wont.. I mean it will form fit your screen but they wont be 4k textures or the game would be an extra 100GB
lol

I prefer 1080 res, no more, my eyes are old.
