Photo Mode constantly switching on by itself

Hi,
I never press the button, assigned to photo mode, just using normal character control, it can be just walking forward and that's all - and every half minute or so photo mode just got switched on somehow. It's very annoying, and i can't figure out how this happens. Is someone facing the same and knows how to deal with it?
Also on my monitor (1920 x 1200) screen buttons are rendering out of screen boundaries in some menues
