Spawn of Oggdo is a nightmare of a boss, but he's optional and only blocks a cosmetic. I was stubborn and slammed my face into that wall for about an hour before I finally killed him.

I recommend playing far more passively than with other bosses. Dodge and get 1-2 attacks, and then wait. You'll eventually win.

I tried a few times and barely got anywhere. Then I ran around collecting larger enemies and dropped them in. Then I force pulled the ax guys in. That had him below half, so I drop attacked him, sent my shots his way, slowed time to beat him, then got his little remaining health with only a few normal dodge and strike actions.

just switch to story mode difficulty like the rest of us

I beat him on Jedi Knight difficulty (and did the Force Tear in Doma's shop, where you fight 2 at once).

As Scipo0419 said, just do 1 - 2 hits and back away. Don't get greedy with your attacks, and you'll whittle him down. Back far enough away that you can easily dodge his tongue attack.

Don't lock on, and learn to attack his side, as stated, 1 or 2 times, sprint the majority of time, calmly dodge so you never double dodge which HALTS you momentarily. A bit easier to come back to once you have the two handed light saber stance. If you can beat the rancor you can beat Spawn of Oggdo.
