It is because of bad object culling. You might want to try this mod and see if it helps: https://steamcommunity.com/app/1774580/discussions/0/5294588689501614704/

only white flashes with RT activated on my end but with disabled RT the lightning/shadows are broken sometimes. not sure what's going on. performance is fine on my rig. could be a driver thing. running the latest nvidia ones.

its a bad port period
its supposed to not do that due to the 60 second load shader cache each startup
also vsync to gsync can cause this issue
so dont go high fps and those should go away.
never run the latest drivers, read them first if they dont have anything for this game there is no reason to update for cyberpunk etc

please read driver notes!
the only driver for nvid and this game, came out in MAY

Which method did you use? Copy the .pak file, or edit the .ini file?

"Never run the latest driver" is like telling someone not to upgrade from Windows 98.

Maybe don't update the second they're released, but straight up not updating at all is just bad advice.

Personally, I'm using the one that was posted in this thread: https://steamcommunity.com/app/1774580/discussions/0/3806152724338413913/?tscn=1699668872

Unfortunately, it seems the file hosting expired. I uploaded the file there, so you can get it: https://mega.nz/file/CFQEhBwB#L625owRMThmd_nfH_GG93GKUv2UAamiKbbWz6x3dXmc
(all credits go to @Snight01)

Just drop it inside the "Jedi Survivor\SwGame\Content\Paks" folder of the game, and it should remove most of the flashes. For example, without it, the first cave on Koboh is a flashing fest for me. Most issues disappear as soon as I put the file into the PAK folder (however, since it reduces the very aggressive culling method, it might degrade performance a bit).

Good luck!

NEVER UPDATE TO A DRIVER THAT ISNT FOR WHAT YOU NEED

please
you got it perfectly in the last sentence
do not update right away
I am a tech, trust this or dont
a while ago drivers came out for amd that ramped cards up and fried them
destroying them

this wasnt mended for 7 weeks
not 2 days, not 1 week
over 2 months

never update to new anything at first
you want to jump on win 12?
I have it, it really sucks

the key which you kids cant hear is tone

Do NOT update drivers or anything even os or getting a car
just wait a bit

AND READ THE DAMN PATCH NOTES

the last 5 drivers have been specially for cyberpunk nvid wise
nothing else
they will not mend nor help any other game
sheesh

kids

There are a couple of mods on NexusMods, but those I tried didn't make a real difference. I have a pretty good rig though (12700k, RTX 4070, 32 GB RAM), so the game is running OK at 1080p / 60 hz for me.

I just tested mods to remove traversal stutter (especially in Koboh), but all the mods I tried didn't change a thing or made it worse, so I try to stick to vanilla setup as much as possible (as I trust devs are not just idiots, and that they picked the best common settings for a large set of configurations). YMMV.
