Missing databank entry in Chamber of Connection

I have completed the Chamber of Connection area, collected everything, but it shows that I'm still at 3/4 with the databanks.
I can't interact with any of the databank points. I've watched 3 videos and they show that I'm looking at the correct places.

I'm 99.8% on Koboh, fix this!
