So I would expect a lot of lag, and major FPS drops down to possible single digits. Now if you do have a decent NVME drive....
This gives you an idea why I think the processor is more an issue than the video card.

Your setup is better than the minimum requirements.
So unless you expect to run this on higher settings and not on 1080p and with more than stable 30/50 fps, then its perfectly fine.
This game does have issues, being a console port and all however, so beware of that.
