Stuck at Observatory (some spoilers)

Im supposed to face Dagan at the Observatory but because i went there when i was exploring in the past, the entrance where all the robots come out is not opening. I actually went as far inside as controlling that clone to open the door when i was there the first time. Now i'm at the main entrance where the ships are and cant get in.

Ideas or suggestions?
