Jedi survivor Random Customisation's happening

I have just finished playing Jedi survivor and when i go to explore and go out and go back in my Customisation i have done to call isnt the same as i last had it and its really annoying me as it keeps happening. Has any one had this issue

Do you mean NG+? There's a perk that's automatically added with NG+ that changes all Cal's customization upon respawn. It can be removed. (It doesn't take up any perk slots.) There are two others that are automatically added after NG+ which do other things (and also do not take up perk slots).
