If you mean at the edges of the screen when turning the camera? Then yes. Anyone know if this is the game or something else?
Yes. I was getting it before too, but its even worse now.
i think its FSR with Visual Effects on Epic and only on certain Resolutions like 1440p on 1080 p or with high Visual Effects or FSR Turned off i dont have it.

the left side of my screen has a bright white light and wen i move my screen its smears
any wat to fix this?
Yes, happening here. There has been threads reporting it
Those white flickers at the edge of screen when turning camera are pretty damn distracting, honestly shocking the state this game came out in, technically. Poor RT implementation, poor framerates, white flickers..

Only the biggest IP on the planet from one of the largest companies on the planet..

Meanwhile much smaller teams with vastly lower budget are able to create technically near flawless games (Mundfish, Dambuster).
I have the same problem, when I turn the screen there are white parts are flashing.. it is quite annoying. Better observed indoors like the saloon or Cere's base.
Something is wrong with the Occlusion culling. It should happen off camera but the patch messed it up. Developer has to fix it.
I added a setting to %LocalAppData%\SwGame\Saved\Config\WindowsNoEditor\GameUserSettings.ini

Under the [/script/engine.gameusersettings] heading, I added the following line.
r.hzbocclusion=1

It's worked for me with my game settings, OS, and hardware configuration without performance impact.

Can't say it'll work for everyone or if it'll impact other people's performance.

We shouldn't need to do stuff like this, but for now, it's a workaround some people might be able to use.

Testing it now.

Update.
Maybe marginally better indoors, for me.. Thanks none the less.
