It is not new that there are many different configurations on PC.

On the other hand, it's been a few months that we chain completely rotten PC ports.

How do you explain that CD Projekt manages to run Cyberpunk with Pathtracing (which we thought was almost impossible 5 years ago), at more than 80 fps in 4k witch DLSS on a 4090, and that this same GPU fails to reach 60 fps when activating Raytracing in Jedi Survivor which it is really light ?

For me EA did not leave enough time for the developers to do their job, the proof the console versions of the game also have serious optimization problems, whereas there are not hundreds of different configurations.

One can also wonder if the competence of the developers at Respawn is not also a factor of failure. Because Fallen Order was already running on Unreal Engine 4 and also had optimization issues.
One would have thought that they would have learned from all this and that they would not reproduce the same errors.

I think in this story we have both.

He literally took an action by paying to play the game.
Money is labor. So he actively worked to play the game. The onus is on the company selling the product to provide the performance.

Except it didn’t improve stability and performance because the game still runs like ass and the majority of people are getting crashes 24/7. If developers want our money we have to the right to ask for a working game..
