Report a translation problem
Close the game, Steam and the EA App. Disable all of the firewalls in Windows security. Load steam, and the game, and load your save. Alt-tab and reactivate the firewalls. You should have all the pre order and deluxe outfits again.
I've gone mine in the exceptions list, but it still doesn't work. Not sure if that's because I had Origin installed before they converted it to the EA App, so some part of the App isn't "excepted" or another issue.
