I lost my pre order outfit???
i had the hermit outfit on but then on the poncho because i just got it, but now when i try to change back into my hermit outfit and its disappeared?? i am now forever stuck in the poncho. please tell me there is a way to fix this??

This seems to happen to a ton of people and seems random. Mine show up and disappear and haven't found a reliable fix.

There is a trainer on wemod that allows you to open the debug console and it will unlock all the cosmetics including pre order and the deluxe outfits.

Close the game, Steam and the EA App. Disable all of the firewalls in Windows security. Load steam, and the game, and load your save. Alt-tab and reactivate the firewalls. You should have all the pre order and deluxe outfits again.

or instead of that, you can add the EA app, steam and game to the exceptions list for firewall

I've gone mine in the exceptions list, but it still doesn't work. Not sure if that's because I had Origin installed before they converted it to the EA App, so some part of the App isn't "excepted" or another issue.

ah if ea app isnt in there then that might be it. Otherwise, could be if ur using another AV that has its own firewall (like Kaspersky for instance). Otherwise, if thats the case and it aint working, then i stand corrected. /srs
