RTX 3070 ti @ 4K?
Post patch, what is average FPS with FSR at quality and RT off? Is the GPU being fully utilized (98-99%)? Do any settings increase FPS without loss of graphic fidelity? For example, JFO post-processing tanked FPS and did not make the game look any better.

Dude you have RTX why you use AMD settings < FSR is AMD ONLY

3070TI is not a 4k card. Its best in the 1440p range. I would also keep RT and FSR OFF.

FSR is not amd only. It's open source and works on most GPU's. A 3070 would struggle at 4k with most newer games and no way with RT. This game has crap optimization and the highest end systems can barley keep 60fps. Settings change nothing because of the optimization. Look through these forums cause theres tons of people that can attest to this.

30% gpu utilization on my 2080. FSR and RT off with the native resolution mod and I probably get 35 fps average, and that's being optimistic. There's maybe a 5 fps difference between epic and low presets.

I can play any game I own at 4K with high settings 60+ FPS. This includes Cyberpunk. Nvidia marketing wants you to think it is 2K only...

I don't own that, but based on benchmarks from Guru 3D the avg FPS at 4K with max settings on Vulkan is 55, which is close to 60 and very playable. Hopefully they can eventually fix it but it seems even after the patch JS is still an unoptimized disaster?
