Deluxe edition items don't show up

I buy a Deluxe Edition but when i start up the game, those items don't show up there is nothing there ,did anyone have this problem and how to fix it?

Do you see the following items at a workbench? They dont appear in inventory but when doing changes at the workbench.
Outfits can be found in the main pause menu. Check the top there are a bunch of tabs, one is for customizing.

Rugfed - BD-1 style
BD Astro - BD-1 style
Scoundrel - outfit
Rebel hero - outfit
BL-44 blaster cosmetic
Retro hero lightsaber set

Mine do that to. Try opening the ea app first then open steam. It's worked for me a few times now.

I have been check there many time but still doesn't show up ,it work one time and then the game stuck when i restart the game they all gone.

For me restarting the game works whenever they dont show up but try verifying game files and such think that fixed it the first time around when restarting didnt work

It comes down to a local save versus a cloud save type of thing sometimes when i play and the cosmetics dont show up . i restart until they do because this will also disable achievements until you are back "online" in the eyes of EA.
To the point of my saves being hours and hours in between so i was just having to restart all the progress i did the day before etc.

So at this point the only way for now to fix it,is keep restart the game until it back to "online"?What the......

Mine just recently disappeared.

Fixed had to exit game and re verify and they came back.

You can close the EA App, Steam and the game, disable all the firewalls in Windows security, then reload Steam and the game and load your save, then alt-tab and reactivate the firewalls.

That'll allow the cosmetics to be used.

i bought the deluxe editon 1 day ago and still didn't get the items can someone help?
