Can’t decide between blaster and crossguard stance
I can’t seem to decide which to use- between both the blaster and Crossguard stances. I have maul type saber stance for countering multiple enemies as secondary so that’s fixed.

I really just love both of them as a primary stance. Crossguard is just so satisfying taking away the health of enemies especially tougher ones with well timed attacks whereas blaster seems so practical to deal with a variety of situations even boss fights….

The blaster stance might be the strongest one this time around, it's the perfect offensive tool, while also being great at defensive playstyles with its amazing poke moveset, and such a rushdown capability that it will leave a lot of enemies unable to properly react.

If it's either the crossguard or blaster, go with the blaster especially if you play on master or grandmaster. That stance will carry you through a lot of difficult sections.

I think you know the correct decision is to drop the double blade and go crossguard/blaster.

Why not both? Used both with cross as main (65-75% of time). Works well, both have strong range pokes and defensive tools. And very good, long reach 1st attack vs big boys to kite/attack during small windows. Both are good vs any type of enemy, but cross will be an easier one. Because you can be more aggressive with it and get impudent here and there. Cross may give cool emotions, when you cut someone with tonn of dmg.
But. Blaster's "point blank" is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ insane. Great vibes.

Double blade is just so good vs crowds. Neither crossguard or blaster stance does particularly well vs groups or those annoying foes grouping firing from afar.

Double blade to deflect blasters and deal with AoE, Blaster to deal with 1v1s and cheese/stunlock enemies with the blaster shot.

Cross is really cool but doesn't beat the utility of the other 2 stances imo, which is a shame as I would have used it myself but I prefer to have answers for almost every situation (dual blades to throw lightsabers to cheese monster bosses that don't shoot + blasters is my boss killer combo instead).

Yeah and I decided to go blaster instead. Utility supersedes even style. No matter “how uncivilised” one is lol 😂

Obi wan uses a blaster to kill Grievous and then proceeds to call him “uncivilised” for even owning/using it. Hypocrite much? 🤔

The real answer is dual blades and blaster.

Double stance is such a good all-rounder <3
I feel like Blaster has a lot of utility potential... which I always end up forgetting to use :-P
Cross stance I think is better in that situation, whereas blaster is better if you actually remember to use it to its full effectiveness

My ranking

1. Dual blade
2. Blaster
3. Double bladed
4. Crossfguard
5. Single

My issue with crossguard it feels like a greatsword from like a sould game or Elden Ring. I prefer the more nimble stances.

My current active ones is dual blades and blaster.

crossguard is too slow for my liking, blaster poke and the ability to go ranged is really fun and strong, i have doubled edged and blaster stances on my cal

Crowds? That's what your force powers are for. Lifting them up and tossing them over ledges. You're a Jedi after all, not some lowly Raider.

I love doing that. While selecting one or two of them to turn on their comrads.

Don't forget you don't actually unlock the ability to do this until after you've unlocked Crossguard, so it's likely anyone asking for which stances to invest into aren't at that point in the game yet.

Dual-Blades have the OP feature of animation-cancelling. You never have to worry about overcommiting again.

I prefer the blaster though. But I also like Cross-stance. Double-bladed is also nice. Single is old-reliable.

You’re right. I barely even gotten the telekinesis tree unlocked. Just finished saving pilgrims at Jeddah. And I must say the double bladed saber seriously rocks hard vs crowds. The only drawback of it is it’s not that great vs a single strong target.
