Just a little practice and ranchor will be one of an easiest foes, gl. Ah, and to fight him without all of dis, just be patient and do not click dodge x2, but do it with some delay, so you can dodge his slams like np. Works with a lot of foes, and ranchor has a big windows to hit him, unlike frog or monkey. Gm exp.
If you've got all stances use the dual blades and throw lightsabers at him, and charge blaster shots. It's easier once you have the mid-air dodge upgrade as well to control your air time but I killed him with just the dual blades before I unlocked blaster/mid air dodge, and you can even equip the perk to do increased throw damage, and regenerate force if you've found it (as force doesn't regen on GM unless you attack).
The frogs are just stupid, though.
But the double Rancor fight (probably all the fight challenges tbh) was either not tested for more than a single fight, or they had tons of really high priority bugs to deal with, because the animation errors with the grab where Cal would be floating somewhere in the ether while the Rancor is standing somewhere else entirely, often in midair, happened like every 3rd or 4th time I got grabbed.
If you are having a hardtime with rancor, this game is going to make you cry with some of the other bosses...
