Narkis Highlands door

Anybody know how to open the door in temple in Narkis Highlands? i cant force push it and there is some guy saying that Master Junda is waiting for me but no idea were he is.....please say its not another bug

Master Junda is Cere bald lady in archive you did meet to even get there.
Did you wander Narkis randomly? because there is main quest that leads there.
Continue playing your main quests you get there eventually.

I think OP is doing the same thing I did, exploring during the first visit; where the door is sealed. I guess I'll have to come back later during another visit to get into it, huh?

Crap that it doesn't tell you. The scholar guarding the door just that a master is expecting you. Game feels really incomplete to me.
