The Rancor! Possible SPOILERS
I am still on Kobh and jez, this one is rough. May try again after some more skills for long range attacks.

I am on Jedi Knight and even on this difficulty the unblockable grab is soo hard to avoid.

That guy on grand master difficulty is a real jerk. I've been hitting my head against a wall about 20 times and he just steamrolls me. It's brutal, but I'll get him eventually. I'd recommend the dual blade style for him as you can parry mid swing with those.
Maybe by the time I beat this nerd the game will finally be optimized. One can only hope.

Imagine to fight 2 at once in an arena the size of a toilet box. :CH3_expression_2:

I hate to say it, but the Rancor is one of the easiest hidden bosses in the game...
He is super slow and easy to dodge...

If you are having this much difficulty with the rancor, some of the other monster fights are going to make you cry...

Eh, I went straight to the rancor after beating Oggdo on GM, and the rancor certainly didn't seem wildly easier. Easier, yes, but not tremendously so. On GM he has two attacks that one shot you (more if you count one-two punches/swipes where you get hit by both of them), compared to Oggdo's one. And Oggdo's is highly telegraphed, whereas the rancor's OHKO ground slam comes almost out of nowhere.

The rancor is extremely easy. You can just climb back out of the pit after triggering him and kill him with lightsaber throws.

Also playing on GM, I beat both Oggdo and the Rancor early on (before even getting the other stances). The rancor took me like 6 tries.... Oggdo took me like 50....

I am surprised that you found Oggdo even comparable to the Rancor at all.

It did take me quite a few less tries to beat the Rancor. I guess I was just annoyed with all its OHKO moves. I wouldn't consider him to be a pushover, but starting out the fight by throwing a bone into his mouth helps a lot. Also, once he "turns red," so to speak, you can go to town on him for a bit, since if you stay as close to him as possible while attacking him, his swipes will miss you. Oggdo doesn't have moments of vulnerability like that, to be sure.

I did it without the last two stances as well.

Also, it probably doesn't help that game performance was pretty bad in the rancor fight for me.
