Bug on Coruscant?

I'm not able to access Force Slam, Confuse, or lift on Coruscant early areas near the Rooftop meditation spot. I went back to explore this area as there is a door that that can be force lifted, however it seems I can't go into the menu. I'm playing M&K but did try to lift it with controller. I've restarted my game 3 times and this issue seems to be consistent. Any thoughts?
