About the Hermit Costume.

I pre-Ordered the game, and all of a sudden, its says its locked and I can't use it anymore what the ♥♥♥♥ is going on?

It's a bug which comes and goes with each run of the game.
The items are unlocked, only the game sometimes fails to recognize it as such.

I just noticed on new game plus and it's really frustrating considering it's something I paid for.

That would annoy the heck out of me.

The Hermit costume was the very reason I opted to pre-order. I saw early gameplay videos of the Lucrehulk with droids and I wanted to cosplay as Obi-Wan. I find it is more suitable to Jedah, as the old weathered look is more suited to Obi-Wan on Tatooine.

I haven't seen that issue at all on the EA Play Pro copy of the game.

I finally fixed it by uninstalling EA app that steam gave me and installed the one from the website. I then logged into that app using steam login instead of email and DLC + Achievements started to work again.
