Preorder bonus missing

I preordered the game and was happily using the hermit cosmetics until the last update and now I cannot equip any of them! My blaster had the hermit trigger and I had it equipped before the update so it is still on my gun but if I switch off of it, i can't switch back. Everywhere I look it says that the preorder bonus dlc is still installed for me. What should I do?

Only solution i've found is to restart until the preorder bonuses appear. Respawn needs to fix this asap. I've been experiencing this since day 1 and it's really irritating.

This is an EA issue not a steam one, so I would contact their customer support. I just have heard the same issue with EA Play, and it appears to be a problem with your game loosing its authorization to show the DLC

This solution worked for me. I unadded and then readded the dlc, validated the game files, restarted steam. and then the preorder bonuses were back. And yes this only owrked once the EA servers were restored.
