Was Hermit Outfit Available Via Preorder Only?

I purchased the deluxe edition of the game and don't see the Hermit Outfit. Was it only available via preorder?

The pre order stuff for fallen order was eventually released to everyone, I bet the same will happen here at some point too

The main reason I didn't pre-order was to wait and see if the game was stable on release. Despite conflicting reviews regarding game stability, I went ahead and bought the deluxe edition. On the store page at the time, it seemed the hermit outfit was included with deluxe edition, even without pre-ordering. Now the store page has changed, and the hermit outfit was removed from deluxe edition. Very confusing and misleading on the part of the game publisher.

Electronic Arts has since moved Jedi: Survivor from "EA Play Pro", to "EA Play". The standard "EA Play" level allows the game to be available on GamePass or similar services and not exclusive to EA.

However, the "EA Play Pro" level previously provided the pre-order Hermit bonus.

Whether permanently or not, I am not certain. However, I was among those on social media in the marketing run-up to the event requesting that the skin be permanently added to one's account, after the pre-order period, provided the game was played under an "EA Play Pro" subscription.
