You can use this mod to force native resolution and disable TAA. No more blurriness. Be warned that hair and foliage was programmed with TAA in mind, so they'll have some funky effects with it disabled. It's not too bad, though.

I always turn off motion blur, film grain, depth of field, and chromatic aberration.
