Love how it says "You're currently offline." No... EAapp you are and it's May the 4th.
PS: But it answers a very important question: Does the app offer an offline-mode like Steam would to enable offline playing of your games.
The answer is: No. I guess it's time to write EA an e-mail. This, for a single-player game, is rediculous.
PPS: Figures...their customer support website is also offline, I get an error telling me they have trouble. No kidding. xD

EA Play Pro subscription, same issue.
I cannot currently access my EA-App / Origin library. If I click home, it says "Get the game".
Looks like I can play Crysis Remastered, which is the only other game I have installed on the EA App.
