Imperial Post glitched

So I like exploring in this game and I went through the Imperial Post Before a certain part in the story and now I cannot get through the post to do the story. Anyone having this issue?

Yes, I just realized this as well. I discovered it early and was able to get to the point where I couldn't go any further without an upgrade and when getting to the point in the story where i realized I need to go thru the base, the elevator up no longer works. This is now 2 progress stopping bugs they need to fix but I feel like this one is even more egregious. To get punished for doing the one thing the game expects you to do, explore.

Edit: Just realized that I already unlocked the Summit Ridge Meditation spot at the top of the base, so if you can't get thru the elevator, fast travelling to Summit Ridge will get you where you need to be for the main quest.

Unfortunately I did the place way earlier so I didn't have the dank upgrades to get further up. Regardless this is stupid, what happens when you miss collectibles? We just can't go back? EA is such a joke man.

Edit: I am the big dumb and did not realize I also had the fast travel point. I am still going to complain regardless lol.

18 months late here, but just ran into the same issue.

Check the carriage in foothill falls near the mountain ascent waypoint to take you back up there.
