Missing Hermit customization options with new update

I opened up the game to play some today and when i went to customize my light-saber i noticed that the preorder items aka the hermit set had disappeared from the customization menu, my character customization menu is also missing said cosmetics, is anyone else having this issue or is this a bug I need to report?

I had this before the patch, I went into my dlc list on the right side of the games splash page in library and unticked the dlc the re-ticked it and restarted the game, and it was back.

They don't show up until you unlock workbench for the first time, IIRC, even the clothes.
