Deluxe and pre-order bonuses gone
I tried redownloading the game, checking/unchecking dlc boxes, and restarting my computer several times now. And still all the bonuses are gone.

Seems its broken again. Having DLC unchecked, device tracking on and launching through EA app does nothing now.

Try disabling the firewall in your Windows Security, starting the game, then Alt-Tabbing and reactivating it. I've found that works for me, because it appears that something about owning the Deluxe Edition content isn't being sent to the game servers and is instead being blocked by the firewall, despite the EA App, and Steam both being white-listed.
