if your game crashes or stops unexpectedly, make sure you copy your save files right away (find the file path online, just google it), and then make sure not to start the game right away, otherwise the save files will disagree and it gets corrupted (or something like that)
If you have over 2 hours time played and steam refuses your refund request and live in Australia, EU or UK, retailers (steam) are required by law to provide a refund for a product that has one major or several small defects regardless of time played
