More perk slots ? (no spoilers)

How do I get more perk slots ? I played like 20 hours did a decent amount of side sutff and I never found a perk slot upgrade, I am still at 3 slots and just don't find any information about how to upgrade that

the robot girl in the bar sells a perk slot for 10 data discs. she is in the same room as the aquarium thing.

You can buy them as the story progresses at (certain) vendors.

Theres 10 slots in total you can get, the easiest one to get is from zee's shop in Pyloon’s Saloon, the rest however are unlocked from finishing challanges and puzzles so you'll have to either explore or look them up i suppose

Really? I've played about 15 hours and now have 6 capacity lol. The game heavily encourages exploration, and hides it's rewards through it as well.

However you can find a +1 perk slot from doma (pyrite ore lady collector) for 10 pyrite. She is in the building across from the front of the saloon.

Others are scattered across areas and challenges.
