Issue loading Textures
I've played about 4 hours and the graphics look consistently like n64 graphics. It's awful and makes the game almost unplayable. It only looked good from the when you crash land until you get to the view overlooking the town with Grizz's cantina. The entire first part looked bad as well. I have tried every different graphic setting and updated my drivers but nothing stops this, its almost like its trying to load textures but never gets there. I have suffered NO fps drops, stutter, screen tear, or any other issue that others have had. I can't find anyone else that has this problem online.
I have a
AMD Ryzen 7 2700x
AMD Radeon RX 5600 XT
32 gbs of ram

(No other game on my PC suffers from this I can play much more taxing games at max with no issues)

This sounds exactly like the issue I've been seeing with my performance. We do seem to have similar PC components, not sure if that's super meaningful:

AMD Ryzen 5 3600
AMD RX 5600 XT
32 gbs ram

Same here, textures won't load completly, i have a AMD Radeon 5600 XT graphics card and a Intel i5 8400.

On what kind of drive are you lot loading it? If an old school HDD then upgrade if you can.

Same problem here, but my GPU is only 4gb of VRAM. I think it just fails to load the textures because they're too big, so it just reverts to the long distance textures. I don't know if there's a fix for me (my GPU is too weak), but I would gladly play the game in 1600x900 or even 720p with low settings if it just meant the damn textures would load in properly.

The worst is the floating potato bushes and trees. And the funny thing is if you cut them down with a lightsaber, the normal texture/model loads in correctly as it gets destroyed.

Trying to still enjoy it. Gives me vibes of old 90's SW games. But I can only tolerate it for so long.

Unlikely to be the problem - I'm using a m.2 ssd, so spinning disk unlikely to be the problem.

Had to check mine - looks like I'm sitting at 6gb of VRAM... and I'm just noticing that the recommended VRAM by EA is 8gb: https://www.ea.com/games/starwars/jedi/jedi-survivor/pc-system-requirements

Gonna guess that's probably the problem here...crap

Yeah I'm guessing it's the specific graphics card we all seem to be using I genuinely cannot find anyone else with this issue online anywhere guess it's time to upgrade. I just don't get why it's specifically this game it could just be poorly optimized on AMD

All the things you mention are all due to this game being architected for the memory limitations of a console with no attempt to make full use of larger memory allocation available of the PC platform. The game makes for great static screenshots but when in game running around you see level of detail pop-in and stuttering despite the lie that is the 40-secone wait for "Optimizing games files".

I'm running this on a i9-10900K, 64GBRam and a Nvidia 4090 and although the FPS is over 90 on my system, there's still too much stutter and LOD pop-in as new areas stream in while exploring. Minimum-viable-effort EA rubbish despite all the PC patches thus far.
