GGs, you lost your opportunity to refund this cashgrab
I'm also having the same problem. Just happens at random, normally about every 20-30 minutes of playing. If anyone finds a solution please let me know

Same, constantly crashing in Koboh.

The only half-decent workaround is setting the JediSurvivor.exe process priority to High on every launch.

I've tried so many other possible fixes yet Koboh is acting like 2 steps forward, 1 step back.

same problem, installed the new AMD driver update, Disabled SMT, but it didn't help.

Same sorta, but get to a specific point where the Battle Droid comes out on the ledge and goes "Wow look at this view!" Kill him, Cal says his line and then boom. Game hard locks.

This fix, will for sure reduce the stuttering in 90% and make the game playable.

1 First of all, go to your screen settings and set your monitor to 50hz or below (50 should be good)

2 Make sure you download the version 2.2.3 of this mod, this one is pretty easy to install.
This is the MOD: https://www.nexusmods.com/starwarsjedisurvivor/mods/7?tab=files

3 Don't run the game as admin.

4 Now you can choose literally any type of settings on the game, just make sure your machine will support it!

5 This is so far the best and only way to make the game playable until we wait for a better update on the game! This stop the crashing on my save data, on the second planet, stop in 90% the stuttering.

6 also recomend to turn off the RTX, at least on my side because the game still need fixes for the RTX. I have the RTX 3070TI and I noticed it will a little low FPS on some parts of the game.

This will fix your game i'm 100% sure. At least it's going to be a lot better than before, give it a try! And if it works, please comment!

Remeber to find the 2.2.3 version
If you have any question or want to add anything, let me know!

Same with me, first crash appeared once the sand storm came and i fell off from the animal and basically from that moment the game is unplayable.
I couldnt be more dissappointed, first the stuttering lagging on 4090 and finally i cant even play the game.
So sad

Turn off ray tracing if you already haven't. Nvidia optimizes with it on, but don't do it. I haven't crashed since I switched it off, and I gained about 40 frames also. Basically, always turn off ray tracing.

Started crashing when i reached Greez's camp ever since the patch dropped. Tried all the suggestions and didn't work. Finally decided to uninstall Jedi Survivor and the EA App. Kept only the main game save file and deleted the rest. After that I did a fresh install and set the Jedisurvivor.exe process to "Real-Time" priority every time I start up the game at the main menu. So far have not gotten any hard freeze or crashes throughout my exploration on Koboh. Seems to have solved the crashing issue for me for now.
