Is anyone else receiving this when trying to launch the game? I've updated my drivers and verified the games files and am still experiencing this issue....

I did a reinstall 3 time still got that code ask for a refund never did I think to try to log in to the ea app

i know now that there was a ea app on my pc but not updated ... hope this update will fix this problem

It will install a Steam-specific EA App with the game unless the standalone EA app is already installed. If something uninstalls or breaks the EA app, installing the standalone EA app usually fixes it. The EA app does not need to launch upon login. That setting can be safely turned off. It will launch when Steam or the game application asks for it.

E: If launched by Steam without the EA app opened (either version), the EA app should automatically exit (shutdown completely) a few moments after closing the game. It won't if the standalone EA app was already opened before trying to launch the game.
