No Dialogue volume
As soon as the game started up, I had audio, but then I saw subtitles at the bottom but there was no actual audio of the things being said. So i thought maybe its supposed to be like that for now. BUT, now that ive started the game Ive realized everything has audio but the dialogue even tho my dialogue volume is at 100. Whats the problem?????

I'm having the same issue and finding these discussions getting ignored. It seems to be a small number of people and it's very annoying. I've checked my devices and controller for audio.
Same here, music and effects work fine, but there no dialogue sound.
I have the same issue, just watched a 10 min youtube video and nothing....mans
Are you guys still experiencing this issue. Anyone got a work around
So think I have a work around awesome people, it's fixed mine anyways.

Go to the setting icon in steam...click the local files and the check the integrity or re validate option (sorry can't remember which exactly it's been a long day) but that seemingly fixed it :) hope this helps and good luck!

May the force be with you always....
Wasn't this always a problem were the game audio output is different from windows.

Anyone know how to find the "check Integrity" option?

If you click on manage (the small mechanical icon the game over to the right)...then Files...then check local file integrity and let it do its thing, it should work mate *fingers crossed*
This happened to me and checking the local file integrity and letting it redownload some files fixed it for me.
Im not sure if this is related had some sort of audio issue in forspoken, setting audio to 24bit 48KHz in windows fixed it, so worth a try

There's a setting as you load the program for the first time... mine was set as subtitles "on"... I had to switch it back to "off"

If you go through that setup again my dialog voices came back.

Hello guys, I just download the game and encounter the problem but I finally fix it. I did what all you guys advised (check local file integrity, change the subtitle to off and on again) but it does not worked for me. The way I fix it is by changing the audio output to Mono in the in-game audio setting. Hope this way helps you guys
Is there a fix for the issue?
I tried everything, including switching to mono - mono just disables all my audio, not only the dialogues...

Try enabling spatial sound, that worked for me.
