Game crashing in cutscenes on Jedha

Hello, i had no crashes till this point but it started happinging now after every cutscene? anyone else has this problem?

I'm now experiencing this too, any luck?

The game was fine up until Jedha, now my game is autosaved in a cutscene so every time I load my game the cutscene plays for 1 second and then crashes

Try turning off ray tracing if you have it on.

As far as I know you can only continue by skipping the cut scene, so I did that for a few and watched it on youtube. But in looking up the cut scenes I may have spoiled something for myself, so I'm thinking that I'm just going to wait until they solve this issue. I guess I'll finish Ragnorock in the meantime lol.

This one and it got fixed for me, no more crashes after that...
EDIT: and even if it not it was actually 2 or 3 cutscenes for me so if you turn it off and it doesnt help, go a bit more and it should be fine cuz I had no problems after that.

To me helped disabled rtx. No crashes since then.

Disabling Ray Tracing has so far worked for me, as well. Not done with planet, but able to get through what was previously a consistent crash.

So to anyone coming here from google's firt page: after all types of "fixes" (not workin for me) i fix cutscene crushes by installing the mod "SWJS - Fixes and Improvements" from nexus.

someone found a solution, it keeps crushing everytime during cutscenes, such things like refresh all drivers and turn off ray traysing did not help, is there any ather way to deal with it?

If you get white screen during cutscenes set post processing to low in visual settings

i tried this it did not help

update drivers if you can otherwise, wait a few months get a few windows updates installed maybe it will fix itself

not ideal solution but you can always try to play on a different machine in future
