Textures not loading properly

I have a lower end PC, but still able to run newer games on low-medium settings. (Elden Rings, Cyberpunk) This doesn't even try to load in the higher textures. Low settings or Epic settings it looks the same.

Potato bushes that just float in the air. I usually don't care if the graphics are low but this is a joke.

I get 60-70 FPS like this, but I can't even get the game to TRY to load better quality images. I would glady run the game at 45 FPS if it meant the textures actually loaded in

same issue here, but I can run the game in ultra easily. i did the whole intro in potato mode. When on Koboh the textures were fixed but after like an hour the game just went in potato mode again.

I think my GPU is too weak and there is no solution

I put in a refund request but I have 10 hours in game. We'll see. I wish I had bought Resident Evil 4 instead.

Just in case someone comes searching: I have a RTX 3070 TI and was facing the same issues everyone is describing. Until I've decided to turn RTX Off. Now I have DLSS on Quality and NVIDIA control panel in Quality 3D settings. happy gaming!
